The practice

Kenneth Charles Baga

Eternal Sparks is my coaching practice. I work with couples in Australia who want a grounded place to talk about ethical non-monogamy — the spark, and the work that keeps it from burning the house down.

Why this work

Many couples are left to invent a language for opening a relationship with only internet forums and late-night arguments as guides. Coaching is a third space: not a lecture, not a clinic. It is a room where two people can hear themselves more clearly.

I am interested in consent that is more than a slogan, in jealousy that is allowed to exist, and in intimacy that includes logistics — calendars, energy, and the ordinary Tuesday after a complicated weekend.

I also write. Beyond Boundaries is available on Amazon; Still Primary is next. Both sit with the same work as the coaching. See the books.

I will not invent a past I have not lived on this page. If you want to know whether we should work together, the honest route is an email and a first conversation.

How I hold the room

Direct, warm, and unwilling to paper over harm. I do not take sides between partners. I do interrupt when a conversation is looping so you can try a cleaner pass. You will not be sold a brand of non-monogamy. You will be asked what you actually want, and what you can stand.

Scope, plainly

I offer coaching. I do not offer therapy, counselling, legal advice, or medical advice. If something in your life needs those professions, I will say so. Adults remain in charge of their choices; coaching does not make those choices for you.
